Once activated: generally non-refundable, except a partial refund for unused data if usage is minor AND a verified network/technical failure prevented service. Discount-code purchases are non-refundable once activated. DTAC Thailand 50GB/10-day and Unlimited plans follow a separate, per-plan refund policy.

eSimHero: Full refund only while the eSIM is untouched (not installed, activated or used); requested from "My eSIMs" and processed immediately back to PayPal or the wallet. No partial refunds once activated.

Validity starts

CloudOn: Validity starts on first network connection, not at purchase or installation - a 7-day plan installed a week early still gives the full 7 days once first connected.

eSimHero: The validity period starts at activation, i.e. when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the coverage area; no manual activation step is needed.

Fair-use limit

CloudOn: Unlimited plans include a fair-use high-speed data allowance before speeds are reduced for the rest of the validity period - the exact threshold and reduced speed vary by plan and are stated on that plans own page.
