AeriSIM: Full or partial refund, or a replacement, if the eSIM can't be installed or used due to a fault on AeriSIM's or the carrier's side; incompatible or carrier-locked phones are refunded minus $2 or 10% (whichever is higher). No refund once installed, for changed plans, or after the activation window.

SparkRoam: Full refund if the eSIM is unused/uninstalled, a verified technical failure occurs, or the QR/activation details never arrive within 2 hours. Used/activated eSIMs are not refundable. Incorrect-purchase requests on an unused eSIM get Spark Roam Wallet credit instead of cash (full credit 0-7 days, voucher credit up to 1 year).

Fair-use limit

AeriSIM: Varies by plan and is listed on each product page: daily plans slow down after the daily high-speed allowance (e.g. Japan: 128 kbps, resets 0:00 UTC+8); some unlimited plans have a stated speed cap instead.

SparkRoam: Fixed-data plans have no fair-use cap. Unlimited plans throttle to a stated speed after full-speed use (confirmed real per-plan values: "Up to 10 Mbps" on India/Turkey/Taiwan, fully unthrottled on Japan) — see each plan's own details.
