Refund policy

Globie: Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

Maya Mobile: Full refund (less processing fees) within 30 days if no data has been used — including incompatible or carrier-locked devices; partial refunds proportionate to unused data for Maya-side network issues.

Validity starts

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

Maya Mobile: Each plan runs for its full duration once activated in the app (turn the eSIM on when you land, not automatically at purchase); you're charged once at purchase regardless of how much data you use, and there are no partial refunds for unused days.

Fair-use limit

Globie: Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).

Maya Mobile: All plans include hotspot, 5G where available, and zero speed throttling -- no Fair Use Policy on data speed, per Maya's own FAQ.

Top-ups & rollover

Globie: Not offered yet: every plan is a one-time purchase. Product pages say the top-up feature is still being built and a new eSIM must be bought for more data (feed: canTopUp false on every plan).

Maya Mobile: Auto Top-Up is an optional add-on (off by default) that automatically repurchases the same plan when the current one expires; toggle it on/off anytime at checkout or in the app.
