Refund policy

ConnectMeGuru: Full refund only if the eSIM was never scanned/installed/activated, within 30 days of purchase -- goes only to the ConnectMeGuru wallet, never the original payment method. Plans that auto-activate on purchase are never refundable; top-ups are never refundable once applied.

MoodSIM: Not installed and within 14 days of purchase: full refund. Once installed (QR code scanned or one-tap install used): non-refundable. Top-ups and cryptocurrency payments are always non-refundable.

Validity starts

ConnectMeGuru: The QR/profile stays valid to scan for up to 180 days after purchase; the purchased duration only starts counting once the eSIM is actually scanned and connects, not from purchase.

MoodSIM: Shown per plan: "Upon Connect" plans start validity on first network connection at the destination (can install ahead of time); "Upon Install" plans start the moment the QR code is scanned. All eSIMs must be installed within 180 days of purchase.

Fair-use limit

ConnectMeGuru: Daily "unlimited-style" plans carry a stated fair-use cap, shown right in the plan name (e.g. "1GB/Day FUP1Mbps") — full speed up to that daily allowance, then throttled to 1 Mbps for the rest of the day.

MoodSIM: Some plans apply a fair usage policy (mainly the daily-unlimited plans) — speed is reduced after the stated daily high-speed allowance, per the plan's own details. Not grounds for a refund.

Top-ups & rollover

ConnectMeGuru: Supported via their own "Smart Stacking": a top-up queues behind the current plan and only starts once its data/time is exhausted (delivered over-the-air, no new QR) -- not every package is eligible.

MoodSIM: Top-ups add both data and validity time. Optional auto top-up recharges automatically once remaining data falls below ~300MB, charging the saved card the plan's original price; a failed charge disables auto top-up rather than retrying. Not every plan supports top-up (shown per plan).
