Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

MegaEsim: Full activation guarantee: a refund in full within 3-5 business days if the eSIM fails to activate. Beyond that, a 6-month window to request a refund on an unused eSIM (never installed). EU/EEA/UK buyers additionally get the statutory 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right unless they confirmed immediate digital supply at checkout.

Validity starts

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

MegaEsim: Validity starts on first network connection at the destination, not at purchase or installation — installing the eSIM before a trip doesn't start the clock.

Fair-use limit

Globie: Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).

MegaEsim: Daily-cap "Unlimited" plans run at full speed up to their stated daily allowance, then throttle (per-plan capacityInfo, typically to 1 Mbps) until the next 24h reset.
