Refund policy

Full refund for unused eSIMs not installed or activated; partial refund after support review otherwise. No refund once installed, activated, or used, except where mandatory law requires it. Requests within 30 days of purchase.

Validity starts

Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a local network at the destination, not at purchase — you can buy days or weeks ahead without losing validity time.

Fair-use limit

Unlimited plans throttle to 1 Mbps once the daily high-speed allowance is used (amount varies by plan/country); resets every 24 hours, no overage charges.

Top-ups & rollover

No true top-up: when data runs out you buy a new eSIM plan rather than adding data to the existing one, which stays installed on your device.

Lost device / reinstalling

The eSIM profile is single-install: if you delete it, reinstalling may not be possible, and deleting the QR code or eSIM profile is excluded from refunds.

Billing currency

Billed in Euros (EUR) only — your bank may apply a currency conversion fee if your card is in a different currency.
