Refund policy

Refund only if the eSIM was never activated/used, and only for DINGS's own fault (failed install/activation, a retired service, or an unresolved technical issue after 10 days to fix it) -- not a change of mind. Must be requested within 30 days of purchase; goes to account credit or the original payment method within 30 business days. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

The EU-style 14-day withdrawal right ends the moment the eSIM is activated or first used -- in effect, validity starts at activation/first use, not at purchase.

Fair-use limit

DINGS offers both fixed-data and Unlimited plans; Unlimited plans carry a fair-use policy and speed throttling after a threshold that varies per plan (their own FAQ; no single sitewide number stated).

Top-ups & rollover

Plan-specific -- some DINGS plans support a top-up/extension, others require buying a new eSIM. Check the individual plan.

Lost device / reinstalling

Not supported: each eSIM QR code can only be scanned/activated once and is locked to that device -- moving to a different device means buying a separate plan.
