- Validity starts
- Starts with the first KB of data used in the destination country, not at purchase — expires when the data runs out or the validity period ends, whichever comes first.
- Fair-use limit
- Unlimited plans get a daily high-speed allowance (shown before purchase); after that, speed drops for the rest of the 24-hour period. Unused daily allowance does not roll over.
- Top-ups & rollover
- Top-ups and plan extensions can be bought in the eSIMo app account and stack onto the same eSIM profile without scanning a new QR code.
- Lost device / reinstalling
- eSIMo's Terms of Use instruct customers not to delete/remove the eSIM after installation, warning that no credit or refund will be given if it's removed -- implying the profile isn't reissued once deleted.
