- No refunds for buyer error (wrong destination, incompatible/locked device). Customer-initiated cancellation before activation: refunded minus a 5% payment-gateway fee + $5 processing fee. - Validity starts
- Activates on first data connection after installing the eSIM. Validity ends when data runs out or the plan's duration ends; an unused eSIM is deleted from their systems after 6 months of inactivity.
- Fair-use limit
- Unlimited plans are subject to fair use: after the daily high-speed allowance, speed is reduced for the rest of that day. Several fixed-GB plans also throttle (not cut off) after their allowance — stated per plan.
- Top-ups & rollover
- Not offered — every plan is a one-time purchase with no top-up option (confirmed false on every plan in their feed).
- Lost device / reinstalling
- If the eSIM is deleted from the device, a new one must be purchased — the system does not allow free replacements.
- Billing currency
- Feed prices are in USD; their own checkout shows the buyer's local currency and adds applicable local taxes based on the billing postal code.
