- Full refund within 30 days of purchase if the eSIM hasn't connected or used any data (installing it doesn't count as use). If it doesn't work, a free replacement first, and a full refund if it can't be fixed within 10 days.
- Validity starts
- On most plans validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in a covered country; on some plans it starts at installation (the eSIM email says which). Some plans have a maximum period from purchase to start using it.
- Fair-use limit
- Unlimited plans are never cut off: 1–10 GB a day at full speed depending on the plan, then usually 1–10 Mbps for the rest of the day, resetting daily. Some unlimited plans have no daily cap, up to 10 Mbps.
- Top-ups & rollover
- On plans that support it, top up the same eSIM from "My eSIMs"; depending on the plan the top-up is queued until the current plan ends or added to it. Unused data doesn't carry over.
- Lost device / reinstalling
- Depends on the plan: some can be reinstalled a limited number of times on the same phone, others only once (the QR email says which). A deleted eSIM can't be recovered; a free replacement is given for technical faults.
- Billing currency
- Prices in EUR by default. If you choose or are shown USD, GBP or CAD, the price is converted at their daily rate and charged in that currency; your bank may add its own fees.
