Refund policy

eSIMGlobe: Refunds within 14 days of purchase if the eSIM hasn't been activated or used; defective eSIMs get a replacement or full refund, processed within 10 business days.

Globie: Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

Validity starts

eSIMGlobe: Some plans start immediately after eSIM installation, others only when the device connects to a supported network in the destination country; the rule is set per plan.

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

Fair-use limit

eSIMGlobe: Unlimited plans include a high-speed data allowance (commonly around 1GB) per cycle, after which speed may drop to as low as 512 Kbps until the next reset; exact allowance/reset/speed vary by plan and appear on the product page.

Globie: Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).

Top-ups & rollover

eSIMGlobe: Product pages flag 'Top Up Available: Yes' for supported plans, letting you add data to the existing eSIM without reinstalling; not every plan supports top-up.

Globie: Not offered yet: every plan is a one-time purchase. Product pages say the top-up feature is still being built and a new eSIM must be bought for more data (feed: canTopUp false on every plan).

Lost device / reinstalling

eSIMGlobe: eSIMGlobe's Terms & Conditions list 'the customer deleted the eSIM after installation' as a case where refunds won't be granted -- effectively meaning a deleted eSIM isn't reissued or refunded.
