- Validity starts
- Shown per plan: "Upon Connect" plans start validity on first network connection at the destination (can install ahead of time); "Upon Install" plans start the moment the QR code is scanned. All eSIMs must be installed within 180 days of purchase.
- Fair-use limit
- Some plans apply a fair usage policy (mainly the daily-unlimited plans) — speed is reduced after the stated daily high-speed allowance, per the plan's own details. Not grounds for a refund.
- Top-ups & rollover
- Top-ups add both data and validity time. Optional auto top-up recharges automatically once remaining data falls below ~300MB, charging the saved card the plan's original price; a failed charge disables auto top-up rather than retrying. Not every plan supports top-up (shown per plan).
- Billing currency
- Prices are shown in USD. At checkout you can pay in your local currency (Stripe adds a roughly 2-4% conversion fee) or in USD (your own bank's exchange rate/foreign-transaction fee may apply instead) — the underlying price is identical either way.
