Refund policy

eSIM purchases are generally non-refundable once the eSIM profile has been delivered and used; for technical issues contact support — a refund is possible in that case, but the data is lost (Terms §5). Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

A bundle starts on the first connection to a supported network in its country/region and ends when the data or the days run out. Terms: bundles must be activated within 6 weeks of purchase; the eSIM stays valid for 6 months after its last connection, and every connection extends it by 6 months.

Top-ups & rollover

Top-ups can be added to the existing eSIM at any time and queue consecutively: the current bundle runs until it expires, the new one activates afterwards, and no remaining days or data are lost (FAQ).

Billing currency

All prices are displayed and charged in USD (Terms §4); credit-card payments need a minimum order of $1.00; paying with Bitcoin Lightning gets a 5% discount.
