Refund policy

Full refund on request while the eSIM has not been issued, and always in full if it could not be activated in its coverage area through no fault of yours. If you asked for immediate issue at checkout, an issued plan is not refundable; otherwise there is a 14-day withdrawal right, refunded less a proportionate amount for data used. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

Validity normally starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in its coverage area (Terms §6); the plan must be installed within the period stated on it, usually 180 days from purchase.

Fair-use limit

Unlimited plans run at full speed up to the daily amount shown on the plan (500 MB to 10 GB), then continue at the stated reduced speed (384 kbps, 512 kbps or 1 Mbps) until the next day.

Top-ups & rollover

Top-ups are available on most plans; plans marked "no top-up" cannot be extended.

Lost device / reinstalling

Not offered: an eSIM installs once on one phone, and a deleted eSIM cannot be reinstalled (Terms §5).

Billing currency

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (Terms §4).
