- Validity starts
- The validity period starts at activation, i.e. when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the coverage area; no manual activation step is needed.
- Fair-use limit
- Unlimited plans have a stated daily high-speed cap (e.g. 2GB/day), after which speed drops to 1 Mbps or 512 kbps until the next day; regular plans have no cap beyond operator-side traffic management.
- Top-ups & rollover
- Top-ups can be added to the existing eSIM where the destination supports it; some destinations require buying a new eSIM instead.
- Lost device / reinstalling
- An installed eSIM cannot be moved to another device, and a deleted profile may not be reinstallable; contact support before removing an eSIM.
- Billing currency
- Checkout in USD, GBP or EUR; the default follows the site language (English → USD) and can be switched. A prepaid wallet locks to one currency at its first top-up.
