Refund policy

Activated or used eSIMs are non-refundable except where required by law, and incompatibility with an unsupported or locked device is generally not refunded. If an eSIM is not delivered or a fault is attributable to mesim or its partners, they may offer a replacement, credit or refund. Contact [email protected] before any payment dispute. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

For almost all plans validity starts at the first data session in a supported country, not at purchase; most eSIMs should be activated within 30–60 days of purchase (each product page states the exact rule).

Fair-use limit

"Unlimited" or "high-speed" plans may be subject to fair-use or speed-management policies imposed by network partners (Terms §5); daily-allowance plans state the high-speed amount per day.

Lost device / reinstalling

Most QR codes install only once and deleting an installed eSIM may prevent reinstallation; some networks allow a one-time reissue if the eSIM hasn't been used, not guaranteed.

Billing currency

Prices are shown in the selected currency (USD default) at checkout.
