Refund policy

30-day window from purchase. Full refund for a confirmed technical/supply fault, duplicate charge, or a charge with no eSIM delivered. No refund once the eSIM is installed/activated regardless of usage, for coverage/speed disappointment, cancelled trips, or an unused-but-expired eSIM. Refunds via Stripe to the original payment method, 5-10 business days; 2-day response, 7 days to complete once approved. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

Plan validity starts on activation, not purchase; the exact window is shown per plan (e.g. 3, 7, 15, 30 days from first connection).

Fair-use limit

Unlimited plans: 3GB of high-speed data per day, then about 1 Mbps until the daily reset at midnight local time. Regular data bundles have no daily fair-use limit.

Top-ups & rollover

Top up an existing eSIM from your JamboSim account anytime - the extra data is added to the same profile, no reinstall needed.

Lost device / reinstalling

An eSIM can be installed on one device only. If an installed eSIM's profile is deleted it can't be reinstalled, so contact support. A failed first install can often still be completed manually from My eSIMs.

Billing currency

Prices are in US dollars unless noted otherwise and include any EU VAT; payment is processed by Stripe. Currency-conversion fees from your bank or card issuer aren't covered.
