Refund policy

30-day refund policy from receiving the QR code, as long as the eSIM data plan is unused. Once installed and any data is consumed, the eSIM is non-refundable. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to the local network at the destination, not at purchase.

Fair-use limit

Fixed-GB plans have no daily cap. Daily Unlimited plans include a fixed full-speed GB allowance per day, then throttle to a reduced speed (per-plan text on the site states a range, typically 384-512 Kbps, or a specific Mbps figure) until the next 24-hour reset.

Top-ups & rollover

Top-up availability is set per plan (most fixed-GB and some Unlimited plans can be topped up via the link in the QR-code email; Daily Unlimited plans generally cannot).

Lost device / reinstalling

The eSIM can be installed on one device only and re-scanned multiple times on that same device, but cannot be transferred to a different device.

Billing currency

Billed in USD (Shopify store, native USD pricing).
