Refund policy

Installed eSIMs are non-refundable; refund or replacement within 30 days if the eSIM can't be installed due to a technical problem, plus a money-back guarantee for device incompatibility or local-network connection trouble. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

The eSIM can be activated any time within 3 months of purchase; the validity countdown itself starts only once you connect to a network overseas, not at purchase.

Fair-use limit

Jetpac states there is no Fair Usage Policy or roaming data cap - the data you buy is the data you get, including unlimited hotspot/tethering on Unlimited packs.

Top-ups & rollover

Set up the Jetpac eSIM once and top up with a new data plan via the Jetpac Global app each time you travel, without reinstalling.

Lost device / reinstalling

To move to a new phone, delete the Jetpac eSIM on your old device, then re-scan the QR code from your original purchase confirmation email to reinstall it; if that fails, contact Jetpac support.

Billing currency

Checkout offers a currency switcher to select your billing currency; default pricing/currency shown is USD.
