Refund policy

Fees are non-refundable except per their refund policy: a refund may be considered for technical issues where the eSIM remains unactivated, with support contacted within 30 days. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

Data plans start automatically on first connection in a covered country, not at the time of purchase, per Qrispy's own site.

Fair-use limit

Qrispy says fair use / temporary speed management may apply during very heavy usage on Unlimited hotspot data, but no GB threshold is disclosed.

Top-ups & rollover

Qrispy's Global Wallet lets you top up credit ($10/$20/$50) as backup data once your current plan runs out, without reinstalling the eSIM.

Lost device / reinstalling

Resetting your device may delete your eSIM profile; you can reinstall through the app -- up to five deletions and re-installations are allowed.

Billing currency

Qrispy prices and tops up in US dollars (wallet amounts shown in $); their Terms of Service state invoices are payable in USD.
