- Conditional refund: full/partial if your device is eSIM-incompatible, the eSIM never connects (full minus a small admin fee), or it works only intermittently (partial, prorated). No refund once the plan has expired unused, once installed on a device (no transfers), for a wrong checkout email, or a simple change of mind. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, up to 30 business days. Read the policy ↗

- Validity starts when you activate data roaming on the eSIM (connect to the network), not when you first install/add it to the device.
