Refund policy

7-day money-back guarantee: full refund, no questions asked, if you contact them within 7 days of purchase and have used less than 100 MB of data (a genuine connectivity test won't come close to that). After 100 MB, refunds are only for a real fault — QR/activation never arrived, a verified technical fault, undisclosed device incompatibility, or the coverage/data advertised not being delivered. Unused data does not roll over and is not refunded once the plan is running. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

You can buy any time — plans have 6 months to activate, and validity only starts once your phone connects to the destination network (check each plan card for the exact window).

Fair-use limit

Fixed-data plans aren't throttled; daily-unlimited plans slow to 1 Mbps after the daily high-speed cap (FAQ: 5 GB/day; the per-plan cap is on each plan card), with no hard cutoff.

Top-ups & rollover

Top-ups are instant via the account dashboard — same eSIM, no re-installation needed.

Lost device / reinstalling

QR codes are single-use; if you delete the eSIM by mistake or switch phones, contact support with your order reference and ICCID and they'll re-issue / re-provision it instead of selling a new one.

Billing currency

Prices are shown in USD by default; your bank handles any FX conversion at its standard rate (no extra markup from Flysimio).
