Refund policy

Full refund only if never installed/activated, requested within 30 days of purchase. Once activated: generally non-refundable, except a partial refund for unused data if usage is minor AND a verified network/technical failure prevented service. Discount-code purchases are non-refundable once activated. DTAC Thailand 50GB/10-day and Unlimited plans follow a separate, per-plan refund policy.

Validity starts

Validity starts on first network connection, not at purchase or installation - a 7-day plan installed a week early still gives the full 7 days once first connected.

Fair-use limit

Unlimited plans include a fair-use high-speed data allowance before speeds are reduced for the rest of the validity period - the exact threshold and reduced speed vary by plan and are stated on that plans own page.

Top-ups & rollover

Supported - top-ups add to the existing eSIM directly from the CloudOn account, no new QR code or reinstall needed.

Lost device / reinstalling

Not supported - eSIM QR codes are single-use. Once an eSIM is deleted or removed from a device it cannot be reinstalled, reassigned, or reissued.

Billing currency

CloudOn supports USD and BDT: prices are shown in your chosen currency at checkout (BDT can also be paid via bKash), with exchange rates set by Stripe at purchase.
