Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee for unused eSIM plans: if you haven't activated your eSIM and aren't satisfied, support gives a full refund.

Validity starts

Validity starts when you first connect abroad, not at purchase - buy in advance and the countdown begins once you activate on your trip.

Fair-use limit

Fair Use Policy: personal use only, resale prohibited, usage monitored; speeds may be reduced after plan limits are reached.

Top-ups & rollover

Most eSIMpal plans support top-ups, purchased through your account dashboard; top-ups still work even after your data hits 0GB.

Lost device / reinstalling

eSIMPal lets you move an installed eSIM to a new device using the same QR code from your account dashboard, and offers a one-click 'Reactivate' option if the profile shows as deleted or disabled.

Billing currency

Prices display in your selected currency via a currency switcher (defaults to USD); charges are processed in that currency at purchase.
