- You can cancel and request a refund by email or chat, but eSIMs not yet installed or activated must be claimed within 30 days of purchase; all refunds (except crypto) carry a 10% fee, and refills aren't refundable. Read the policy ↗
- Validity starts
- No expiry: the data balance is valid for a lifetime, but an account with no purchase, refill or usage for 24 straight months can be suspended and deleted (with its lines) after a 30-day email notice.
- Fair-use limit
- Their Terms of Service (§12) apply a fair-use limit of 7,000 MB per month to all data plans; above that within 30 days Keepgo may suspend or restrict the connection.
- Top-ups & rollover
- Refill any time from your Keepgo account in fixed packs (100 MB up to 50 or 100 GB depending on the bundle); Auto-Refill is available.
- Lost device / reinstalling
- QR codes only work on the first device; if you lose or change the phone or delete the eSIM, you buy a new eSIM and support moves the unused data to it (not for lines deactivated with under 100MB).
