Refund policy

Full refund if no data was used and a FlexiRoam technical fault could not be fixed during the trip (partial if data was used); partial refunds for intermittent service or downtime. No refund for unused data at expiry, device incompatibility/lock, or an installed plan bought by mistake. 5% admin fee; request within 120 days. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

Validity starts when you activate the plan or on a start date you schedule; a plan not activated within 90 days of purchase activates automatically (Terms §3.3, §3.6).

Fair-use limit

Unlimited plans have a daily high-speed limit (3GB on the product pages); after it the speed is capped or the service pauses until the next day (Terms §21.2). Throttled speed not stated.

Top-ups & rollover

Buy another plan onto the same eSIM in the app or website; buying the same plan again before it expires extends it and rolls unused data over where the plan includes Data Rollover (Terms §23).

Lost device / reinstalling

Reinstall the existing eSIM on the same or a new phone from the app (Account > My SIMs > Install); support helps if the old device is unavailable.

Billing currency

Charged in USD, or another currency you select on the site (Terms §3.9).
