Refund policy

Full refund for an eSIM not installed, activated or used if requested within 30 days of purchase; partial or full refund if it doesn't work because of Simbye or the network, even after installation. Applied top-ups are non-refundable. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

Plan validity (7–90 days) starts when the eSIM connects to a network at your destination; until then the eSIM stays valid for 180 days. Some plans, such as the US eSIM with a phone number, start at purchase.

Fair-use limit

Unlimited plans include 2GB of high-speed data per day, after which speeds are reduced until the next 24-hour cycle.

Top-ups & rollover

Top up on the top-up page or in your account with your order number: buy a new data package and the same eSIM reactivates instantly, no reinstall needed.

Lost device / reinstalling

No transfer or reissue to another device: once installed and activated, the eSIM stays tied to that phone, and a new phone needs a new eSIM.

Billing currency

Charged in the currency shown at checkout: local currency in most European markets (EUR, GBP, CHF, PLN, SEK and others), USD everywhere else.
