- Plan validity (7–90 days) starts when the eSIM connects to a network at your destination; until then the eSIM stays valid for 180 days. Some plans, such as the US eSIM with a phone number, start at purchase.
- Fair-use limit
- Unlimited plans include 2GB of high-speed data per day, after which speeds are reduced until the next 24-hour cycle.
- Top-ups & rollover
- Top up on the top-up page or in your account with your order number: buy a new data package and the same eSIM reactivates instantly, no reinstall needed.
- Lost device / reinstalling
- No transfer or reissue to another device: once installed and activated, the eSIM stays tied to that phone, and a new phone needs a new eSIM.
